Mana Futures exists to intervene early, back potential hard, and surround rangatahi with the right people, tools, and belief to change the trajectory of their lives. Through our Aotearoa programs, we aim to grow the mana of rangatahi across Aotearoa by building confidence, character, and capability, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in sport, education, mahi, and community, both today and into the future. We envision an Aotearoa where every rangatahi - regardless of background - stands strong in their mana and steps into adulthood prepared, resilient, and unapologetically capable. We believe rangatahi deserve to know who they are, feel a sense of belonging, and move confidently in their worlds. By providing rangatahi support, we enhance their mana so they can create opportunities and not just survive their circumstances.

We meet rangatahi where they are, set high expectations, and walk alongside them as they build the confidence to navigate different worlds.
